That means, of every 10 people phoning you, you can confidently estimate that you will get $1,250 net income (You closed 5 out of 10 people at $250 per job).
So, if you need a nett income of $5,000 per month, you need 40 qualified calls (40 calls, closed at 50% = 20 jobs. 20 jobs that nett $250 per job = $5,000).
Now all we need to do is to calculate how much it will cost you to generate 40 qualified calls.
Let’s assume it costs you $1,000 to generate 40 calls. Now it’s just a matter of increasing marketing budget to generate more calls.
If $2,000 can generate 80 calls, that means you are netting $10,000.
$3,000 will generate 120 calls and nett you $15,000 and so you go on. You can increase or decrease marketing budget based on your capacity to handle new business.
